The MNF publication of Nutrition and Dietetics is a scholarly publication that undergoes a rigorous peer-review process. It is published by the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences, Faculty of Home Economics, Menoufia University. The journal is published biannually, with two issues each year. The primary objective of this publication is to facilitate scientific inquiry by presenting novel and groundbreaking research that aligns with the ethical principles of scientific investigation and the cultural values upheld by Egyptian society.
